For Physical Education lessons at JIS we like to vary activities each week panning different skill levels and objectives that incorporate the main fundamental movement skills. Each carefully planned activity incorporates running, jumping, coordination, balance, agility and throwing skills. These will help to prepare your children for a healthy and active lifestyle.
This week we introduced table tennis to the students as it teaches them about physical fitness and involves the main movement skills essentially developing good fitness and diet habits that will last a lifetime.
